Road Race - 2019.
The Physical Education Department of IMI Boys (Higher Secondary Department), organized a Road Race as an annual co-curricular activity on May 4, 2019 from Nunkun Park to Nehru Memorial Botanical Garden entrance.
A group of 30 students from Classes XI and XII along with Principal, entire teaching and assistant staff reported at 6 am near Nehru Park Stop. The race was flagged off by Hon'ble Chairman, IMT at 6:30 am near Nunkun Park. The boys started running with full enthusiasm and great spirit. They were kept a watch along the complete race track so as to ensure fair competition.
Saqib from class XII first touched the finishing the consuming 32 minutes, followed by Shaqir and Farzan taking 33 and 35 minutes respectively.
Soon after the completion of race a presentation ceremony was held at P.I Section lawns. The winners were honored with mementos by respected Principal and all the athletes were given refreshment. The event ended at 8:30 am.
